After cleansing, massage in as you would any facial moisturizer. Wait 1-3 minutes after applying before applying other products.
Great to use to maintain a clear skin. Adult acne is tricky because the skin is typically more sensitive with a tendency towards normal/dry skin. The O2 Med can be applied to areas such as the T-Zone, or used as your night cream. For stubborn blackheads or whiteheads, apply O2 Med and follow with a piece of plastic wrap for a few minutes to create a more intense penetration of oxygen into the skin.

Less breakouts now

Length of ownership: 1 month-1 year
Comments: I started using this about three months ago, and it is helping my breakouts so much. I only breakout once in a while. I use it every day and it does not over dry my skin which I like.
