A: Results will vary with every person because every person has different skin issues. If you use our skincare products continuously, you should see improvements within weeks. You may notice instant results like skin feeling more moisturized and hydrated with some of our masks and serums.

A: Yes, call us toll free at 866.290.4290 between Monday - Friday from 8am to 4pm PST and we will be happy to take your order. Please feel free to leave a message on our voicemail during non working hours and we will return your call promptly.


Q: Where are Control Corrective products made?

A: We are proud to say that our products are all made in the USA.


Q: Do you offer travel sizes?

A: Many of our products meet the airline regulations. We offer 2oz trave sizes for our cleansers and toners. Also, our sample sizes are multi-dose so each sample gives two to three days of usage. You receive 2 free samples with evry $50 order.


Q: Are your skincare products paraben-free?

A: Yes, 100% free of parabens.


Q: Does Control Corrective Skincare Systems test on animals?

A: No, we do not test any of our ingredients on our furry friends.


Q: Why should I only buy Control Corrective products from an authorized skin treatment center, medispa, salon or spa?

A: Control Corrective products are designed to be most efficacious when prescribed by a licensed esthetician.

A: If you suspect an unauthorized skin treatment center, medispa, salon/spa or website that retails Control Corrective products. Please let us know by contacting us directly. We greatly appreciate your help in taking a proactive stand against those not authorized to retail Control Corrective products.

A: Certified professionals interested in more information about carrying the Control Corrective Skincare System should fill out the open account form under the Professional Center.


Q: How can I submit a customer testimonial?

A: There are two options:

  • Submit a written testimonial directly on our website.
  • Record a video with a flip phone, iphone, or your favorite device and send it to marketing@controlcorrective.com. Make sure to include your address so we can send you a Control Freak T-shirt.

Q: What is your return policy?

A:

In the event that you are not satisfied, we will gladly provide a refund of the original purchase price if product is returned within 7 days of your purchase date for all controlcorrective.com website orders. Shipping & handling costs are not refunded. Products must be in original packaging, unopened and unused.  Please email customercare@controlcorrective.com if you need to return an item or call us directly at 866-290-4290.

A: Unfortunately, we currently cannot accept credit cards with international billing or shipping addresses.

A: You will need to log in to your Control Corrective account and go to Options > Account Settings. It is here where you can update your information within your address book.


Q: What are my shipping options?

A: UPS Ground. If you need expedited shipping please contact our customer service department directly at 866.290.4290 and we can set that up for you and provide you a shipping cost. Please note: Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free ground shipping and are subject to different shipping rates.


Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

A: Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

A: The Control Corrective e-newsletter is a fantastic resource to learn more about our products, at-home treatments, insider tips, promotions, new techniques and much more. Please note that you can only redeem a promo code once before it expires.
